Welcome to a lunch where we will present a lecture on what to consider to avoid disputes and how to win if you do end up in one.
In all business operations, disputes arise from time to time, and it is important that as an organization, you are well prepared for how to handle such situations. At Brick Advokat, we have extensive experience in managing various kinds of disputes, and during the lunch, we will share our best tips for both avoiding and, if necessary, winning a dispute. Since our litigation group has experience from working as judges, we also promise anecdotes and true tales from real life.
