About Johan Isaksson
Johan has over eight years of experience in legal work within the judiciary. He has completed special judge training and was appointed as a Court of Appeal Assessor at the Svea Court of Appeal in 2017. Thereafter, he worked as an acting judge at the Svea Court of Appeal. Before joining Brick Advokat, he was employed as a Justice Secretary at the Supreme Court. Johan has also taught procedural law at Stockholm University.
Through his experience from the court and teaching, Johan has solid procedural knowledge. He is responsible for Brick Advokat's dispute resolution and litigation group. In addition, Johan also has broad experience in construction law and writes articles in this legal field. He also conducts courses in construction law and general contract law.
Johan assists clients with ongoing advice in construction law issues during projects and represents clients in general court and in arbitration proceedings.
